I have providers stating i have a medical necessity for a procedure. UTSW is a publicly funded facility and has declined to see me under medically necessity. They then offered me a logistical impossible appointment to make. To pay out of pocket. Prior authorization process is not a difficult task to complete! It is just a task that requires training and time. I will research if I can make a medicare complaint against UTSW since it is a government funded agency. It is a agency that takes medicare and medicaid.
