Saw Dr Dhar, laryngologist, to take a look at my vocal chords and issues with laryngitis that I have had. His bedside manner was wonderful. He took the time to hear my problems, asked questions, and gave lots of great feedback. He was patient and gave me his full attention. I would highly recommend him.
Office staff and reception were wonderful from start to finish. Area and Office is beautiful. Dr. Chamblee is amazing.
This clinic is incompetent in scheduling and customer service. Attempting to swap my husband and my appointments results in 36 minutes on hold, call backs and then when cancelling for the 2nd time, hang ups on the phone! Staff doesn't understand its own computer system to change dates, doesn't know why automated systems continue to confirm appointments. I can't wait for the missed appointment bill too!
I called to try and make an appointment, receptionist who answered was rude. I asked if they had any open appointments today, she responded with "we do not do same day appointments". And didn't say anything after that as if I was supposed to know that. I asked when the next open appointment was, she said May, I said nevermind and she just hung up.
