Sept2025: 5: I would recommend this medical facility location and the personnel I encountered on this appointment visit. I was able to get into this parking lot easily as they had plenty of parking in this area. There is handicapped parking in the facility parking lot and accessible doorways. There is an over hang access driveway to drop-off in the rain.
I can't express how AMAZING Dr. Smith is. I was referred to her by another amazing Dr that is no longer with UT Southwestern, and have been with her ever since (Since 2020). She's always so attentive, making sure I'm getting the care I need. Even when I can't be seen due to a booked schedule, she's always checking in and making sure I'm taking care of. I recently went in for my annual routine exam, and after receiving my lab results, I reached out to Dr. Ho through MyChart with a few questions. Instead of addressing them, he declined to answer and insisted that I schedule a separate visit. This felt very transactional and left me questioning whether it was his personal approach or a policy from the hospital to generate additional charges. I went in for injection in my lower b,ack for the second time. I had no health insurance I was self pay they gave me a price I paid at my appointment, one year later I get an email stating I owed 1,600 so you go in there with no insurance and they tell you a price get a receipt stating it's paid in full. They will come back saying you owe money. Oh I never received a paper bill stating I owe this money. Just a email be careful out there.
Hate this office they are selfless, and greedy. They don’t care for their patients. All they care about is your insurance and cash money.. They are un-professional, lack empathy, lazy, and pathetic. I would not recommend -5 out of 10. Save your time/money/ and trust. Join a different office.
