I went in for injection in my lower b,ack for the second time. I had no health insurance I was self pay they gave me a price I paid at my appointment, one year later I get an email stating I owed 1,600 so you go in there with no insurance and they tell you a price get a receipt stating it's paid in full. They will come back saying you owe money. Oh I never received a paper bill stating I owe this money. Just a email be careful out there.

Hate this office they are selfless, and greedy. They don’t care for their patients. All they care about is your insurance and cash money.. They are un-professional, lack empathy, lazy, and pathetic. I would not recommend -5 out of 10. Save your time/money/ and trust. Join a different office.

Not as good as you think this place is. Especially Dr. Ho, this doctor needed to be avoided. He's a pill pusher! He won't listen to your opinion at all. I used to be one of his patients and I was a type 2 diabetic. I reversed my type 2 diabetes and lowered my cholesterol to normal and he still said I need to be on a high cholesterol pills and he never mentioned or congratulate me or say any words that I reversed my diabetes. Clean facility, kind staff, very brief wait time, scheduling was a breeze, I was in and out of labwork and had imaging scheduled in less than two minutes. Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.
