Everything looks new and they are all friendly. I like that you can check in through the app as soon as you park through the GPS location. And they are very efficient... I was in and out very fast. I'm soo glad I switched to the UT Southwestern network!!
Honestly loved UTSW when I had my first 2 kids my Dr was Dr. Weix & he was amazing and very attentive in my care while pregnant and after. (5 stars for him) With my 3rd pregnancy however him no longer doing labor and delivery, I had to be seen by a new doctor. If I could go back and change my care for my last pregnancy I would. Seems everything went downhill for some reason.
If I could put zero stars I would. I’ve been having chronic pain in my whole back and nerve pain in my whole body for 10 years. My previous Dr said that he wasn’t able to help me anymore and sent me to dr desai. I got a neck mri and lower back mri. Came in for my appointment today after hearing for years that I need a 4 tier double fusion. And we didn’t review my mri and all he said he could do is pain management and said my neck is normal. I have scoliosis my back is shaped more like the letter s than the letter s it’s self... read more
TiAndrea is very kind and assisted me right away when I walked into the office. She took my vitals and prepared me to see the doctor. Honestly it took me only 7 minutes to get into the doctor's office. This was a good experience for me and I hope you recognize her for the outstanding service. I would like to add that this is my first time visiting this location UT Southwest in Las Colinas. Dr Vanpelt is an excellent doctor his diagnosis was right on point and he's very cordial and his bedside manner is right on point as well... read more
Please at all cost try to find a different location to seek treatment from. The front desk staff are rude(Idadia), wait times are extremely long and when you arrive a few minutes late to your appointment they will try to "accommodate" you by having you wait an hour and a half later, even though no one has checked in for an appointment. The office manager Susana Ojeda is unprofessional and boarderline rude. She will talk to you in an ugly tone and just it's this locations policy. The NP's really need more training and better ... read more
