Please at all cost try to find a different location to seek treatment from. The front desk staff are rude(Idadia), wait times are extremely long and when you arrive a few minutes late to your appointment they will try to "accommodate" you by having you wait an hour and a half later, even though no one has checked in for an appointment. The office manager Susana Ojeda is unprofessional and boarderline rude. She will talk to you in an ugly tone and just it's this locations policy. I have had a lot of surgeries and this place was absolutely amazing. Very clean, on time and amazing bed side manner. Everything went very smooth and professional.
Had a genuinely great experience with Cariessa McFadden at my good ol’ lady appointment today. It had been… embarrassingly too long since my last visit, but she made the whole thing feel comfortable, relaxed, and refreshingly not awkward. The exam itself was quick and efficient, and I never felt rushed asking questions. The office was spotless, everything ran on time (honestly, I think I was out before my appointment technically even started), and the whole process was smooth start to finish.
