Hate this office they are selfless, and greedy. They don’t care for their patients. All they care about is your insurance and cash money.. They are un-professional, lack empathy, lazy, and pathetic. I would not recommend -5 out of 10. Save your time/money/ and trust. Join a different office.
Awesome Orthopedic Clinic. Dr Arrington's Office very personal and friendly personnel.
Not as good as you think this place is. Especially Dr. Ho, this doctor needed to be avoided. He's a pill pusher! He won't listen to your opinion at all. I used to be one of his patients and I was a type 2 diabetic. I reversed my type 2 diabetes and lowered my cholesterol to normal and he still said I need to be on a high cholesterol pills and he never mentioned or congratulate me or say any words that I reversed my diabetes. Clean facility, kind staff, very brief wait time, scheduling was a breeze, I was in and out of labwork and had imaging scheduled in less than two minutes. Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.
Called to schedule a new appointment only to have to go to central registration, which verified my insurance was accepted and sent me back only to find out that the provider was NOT accepting new patients. In fact unless I was told incorrectly none of the providers were accepting new patients. (Either they misunderstood my insurance plan as an HMO-type or they don’t want my business.)
