I’m a retired RN from UTSW, and am so disappointed with the service received today. I called earlier today (Monday) c/o 6-8 significant large spider bites on my torso (occurred Thursday night) and heard nothing back. I just called back and was told in a very disinterested voice that there is a 12 hour turnaround time. (Tomorrow). In my opinion, this is extremely poor patient care, and truthfully embarrassing for them.
My pregnant wife was rushed to ER here. Everything was neat and new. The Dr and nurses that attended my wife's health was extremely friendly and professional.
Nice place but the phone systems are horrible! Automated bot take a while to answer then no one answers phone when connected! Huge flaw in a newly built facility! 5 Stars on patient care 2 Stars on communication!
