I had great experience at ut
My husband had a spine fusion that required going thru his stomach and his back, and I really want to give a shout out to the OT lady by the name of Bridgette that worked with my husband was so compassionate and helpful.. Thank you girl! You're a golden asset to UT Frisco!
Been twice for family. Hit or miss. Either super efficient and thorough or slower and miss a lot of the lab results which would be indicative of an issue. It’s very clean very modern, but I would not go back because it’s a bit of a crapshoot.
My experience has been that horrible! I was referred to Dr. Vincent Kuo for my serious stomach issues. Making a new patient appointment took 8 months!! I waited.. he had horrible communication skills.. I can see past that if he would help me find out my problem.. I did all of the expensive testing he required.. it took 6 more months to get another appointment to go over my MRI!! When I did… he could not even read my images.. he relied on the knowledge of xray tech… he told me that the large bump I made him feel in my stomach... read more
I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at Texas Health Frisco’s Emergency Room. I arrived with severe headaches and a blood pressure reading of 172/106. I was discharged while still in pain. After discharge, my blood pressure remains elevated at 166/103, and I continue to experience symptoms. While waiting for my ride, I developed abdominal pain and was still told to leave because tests were “negative.” Negative test results do not erase ongoing symptoms or dangerously high blood pressure.
