I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic during my newborn’s circumcision. We were told the procedure would take about 20 minutes, but our baby was taken away for almost an hour. The nurse or assistant who took him didn’t seem kind or reassuring, which immediately made us uneasy. When they brought our baby back, he was visibly traumatized and extremely distressed.
