Expect them to schedule you with the wrong specialist. Then forced me to get X-rays of my knee even though I have an MRI --BEFORE ever reading my chart and seeing the sports injury they then told me they can't help with. I told them I didn't need or want to X-rays and they said it was required. So I'll probably have a $200+ dollar bill and got nothing but an anti-inflammatory prescription my primary care already prescrided.
