I could not have found a more perfect orthopedic surgeon. The moment I arrived I was greeted by a happy staff. I was welcomed to the clinic room and the xray tech was a calming force as well. Dr. Freehand calmed my anxiety due to hip replacement surgery. Empathetic, caring staff!
Love the doctors here, the staff and the physical therapists. They provided the least painful injections, referrals to a doctor that did the least invasive knee replacements and great follow up.
If i could i would give -5 stars. I went to my appointment and i was a few minutes late. I called them to make sure i can still have an appointment and they said yes we can squeeze you in. I go there and wait for 45 mins in the waiting room and then the receptionist calls me looking flustered and says im sorry the doctor cant see you anymore today, the nurse called you FOUR times and you didnt answer.
