Horrible experience. I initially got a quote for my surgery so I would know how much to pay and there would be no surprises. Paid out of pocket in full before surgery. Surgery was fine but then I got a bill in the mail 7 months later asking for more money. They changed the “billing codes” during surgery and charged me an extra 600 dollars without notifying me. They claimed the doctors don’t explain or notify patients about changed or non agreed upon costs unless asked. They then sent a refund check in the mail yet are confus... read more
Just find a different practice. Patient handling is horrible. It’s been 2 weeks and I have been trying to get an appointment, nobody answers the phone. Unbelievable!

I made an appointment almost 2 months ahead of time. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time before a random doctor (not the doctor I made an appointment with) came in and asked some questions, acting so bored he actually made me uncomfortable- like I was inconveniencing him by being there. He left and said my actual doctor would be in soon. I waited another 30 minutes with no more interaction (1 hour 15 in total) before finally giving up and leaving.
