I called to ask if UT accepts Traditional Medicare for my dad, and the interaction wasn’t very pleasant. The person I spoke with seemed a bit impatient while I was trying to speak and in the end I was just given another number to call instead of getting help. I expected a more helpful and respectful experience. Very disappointed.

Dr. Vidal and the entire staff have helped me successfully work through cardiac issues.
