June 1st 2025. First time dealing with this hospital. Had a friend transferred to this hospital. Called approximately 3:00 PM. gave my number as the nurse was unavailable at that time. Called back at 8:00 PM and was put on hold as the nurse was unavailable again. after being on hold for one hour and five minutes I hung up and called again. was told the nurse was unavailable and if I left my number she would call me back. 11:00PM still waiting on that call. I was just trying to see if my 92 year old friend was okay. hope so.

Don’t know how they stay in business. This is worst run office in history. I was a patient a couple years ago and has taken me over a year to get an appointment. First appointment I had they canceled the day before and rescheduled me for 6 months later then called me a week before and tried to rescheduled for 3 month after that. Tennova sleep center is going to see me in 1 week. Much better service.

I went one time to see this person. I really thought that it was ok to discuss everything with her as I have with all my Drs. This particular DO named Madison Compton violated any confidentiality afforded me thru law. I would never ever go to a Dr I couldn’t trust! She violated me and  has published things I told to her in the strictest of confidence.  I have filed a formal complaint thru the State of TN hopefully getting her “educated” on what is legal within the limits of physician notes. She’s young and totally inexperien... read more

Absolutely awful office!! They are unwilling to properly fill out insurance paperwork to get paid by insurance companies if they are from out of state. They instead prefer to send patients to collections so they get their asking price instead of the agreed upon universally accepted price via insurance. The ladies in the office are rude especially Tiffany who works in collections. Avoid this company at all costs!!

I have never written a review. A week ago I would have written a glowing report concerning my experience with University Cardiology. Dr Hirsh has been my physician for over 5 years, through two surgical ablations and countless office visits, testing etc. This isn’t about him. I have deep appreciation for his care and the second chance I feel he afforded my life. This is about my 6 month scheduled routine appointment 2-1-24 at University Cardiology. My husband has dementia. While he is able to do routine tasks, he has... read more

Very good Dr that dosen't cause me anxiety. She is never condescending, takes her time and seems to listen to what I have to say . She is also not a Dr that causes multiple visits or overly prescribes meds on every visit . The UT patient portal makes communication super easy.

Brett is excellent. I went there due to pain in my shoulder with the objective of not taking pain medication, anti-inflammatories or surgery and with his help have avoided all three. Strongly recommend him.

Britt Dalton is an outstanding therapist. He not only understands how to rehabilitate his patients but also has extensive knowledge of pain and its' management. Britt s' concern for his patients goes beyond just getting them up and running, to strengthening them for the balance of their lives! Harry V Collis
