They are Amazing Health Professionals
I would definitely stay away from this place!! The people here are unprofessional, lack of communication and the worst part they're all about selling instead of helping the patient. They try to label.as a protocol from the insurance, but in my case tit wasn't it was more like they took advantage of my young child not knowing better and told them that he has to go nack and redo a few things to get an eye prescription that they could have gotten there the first time!!! They suck so stay away!!!
The wait time is actually due to the Dr. spending time with his patients.
I have received superb care from the doctors and staff since the incident that sent me to UT Opthalmology in August of 2017. I cannot thank the department enough.
I have struggled with poor eyesight and inadequate vision correction most of my life. I have learned to trust the physicians at UT Ophthalmology so much that I had cataract surgery done. I can’t believe that I don’t have to wear glasses anymore and that my vision is stable now. I appreciate the staff here and all their hard work.
