Sad when you walk into a dr office front desk waiting to check in and get ignored then when asking to check in the lady rudely says you can use either me or this other desk to check in.. pauses a long time then continues to say okay I can check you in when im done. Then after stating I was the one checking in and her asking if Dallas was here and I say thats me she says oh okay and proceeded to act rudely.. if you dont like your job dont take it out on the customer's. UT is always great . There Doctors are wonderful And there nurses always show compassion
awful experience for my mother. She had 3 broken ribs and they left her in there for 5 hours no water food pain meds. She called and called. She cried and had to go to the bathroom in her hospital bed.
Great care! I have no complaints. The doctors spent time with me and explained everything throughly. I didn't feel rushed. I could tell they really cared. If you don't know where you are going, stop at the information desk. They will help you. You can also download their app, and it has a map to help you get where your going.
