Ok, I get an x-ray 2 pm Friday there. No one reads it. I call today and find UT radiology is closed in Knoxville over the weekend. No will read it. In Jamestown radiology keeps telling me "it was marked routine" (lie) that all routine x-rays take 72 hours. I know for a fact thats not true. Kicker- I was told that if I checked in with them they would read that very same x-ray now, because they would mark it "stat," something meant for things like auto accidents, right? Get it? This place now reminds me of a Restaurant You know like when a new place opens and everything is great and they want everything perfect and treat everyone with a smile and great service, and then after a year or two they start to really not care about much of anything and if the "customers" are happy or well taken care of. I absolutely raved about this place when it opened. I drive out of the way to go here instead of Cookeville or Crossville. Now it's just like both places. Made a return trip after ladder accident but this time was very thorough. It truly depends on who you see and when you see them. That means this review panel is fairly pointless and quite obscure. Everyone there treated me very well and the doctor found and corrected the issue.

I was visiting my daughter in Jamestown TN. While there, I got bit by a loose dog (don't get me started!). Based on the recommendation of a friend of my daughter, I went to the UT Medical Center - Jamestown (TN). I am very pleased with how I was treated, on all three visits, and the wait times were very reasonable; my first visit, the longest, was about 50 minutes. Our experience at this emergency room was extremely disappointing and concerning. I rushed my husband in because he was very sick—short of breath, weak, and clearly unwell. Despite his symptoms, his condition was brushed off. We were sent home with instructions to drink fluids and take Tylenol, with no real attempt to determine what was actually wrong. The IV placement and blood draw were handled very poorly. The young paramedic who performed them was rough, dismissive, and caused my husband significant pain. Since that visi... read more
