I love my new doctor these people really take care and lesson
We just moved to the area. Plans were to get the whole family established for both Medical and Dental care. We chose this place for our any medical needs, if we might ever have any. When we first arrived with our paperwork in hand, we were treated so rudely and unprofessional. I was refused treatment or to even be considered as possible patient because of being given pain meds after I broke my back 1 YEAR AGO!! Very rude staff including dr. P. The red head receptionist needs a kick in face or ass. Worst place to take anyone that is sick.
The most rude staff I have ever seen in my life, especially the red head at the front check in. I switched my kids clinic because of the hateful staff at Heartland Medical. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!
