I have been going here for injections in my spine and back. The front staff are very efficient despite being very busy with the phones and patients needs. Everyone I have meet in the back office has done a great job explaining my procedures and providing assistance afterwards. I know I can be a handful but they make everything extremely easy. The office is up to date and comfortable and I have recommended this office and other UT doctors to family members.
I am SO HAPPY and so thankful for the doctors and staff. They are getting me all fixed up. I am a forever grateful disabled veteran.
Unbelievable! If you don't speak English and you bring a family member with you to your appointment to help with translation, be ready, at this clinic they humiliate and disrespect your family member and call it protocol.
