Well I would say there have been improvements over the last year. If I had seen the reviews first I would have been discouraged about getting Prenatal care here. I transferred over at 39 weeks as my provider gave me ultimatum that I was going to keep my scheduled C-section with them or transfer to University if I wanted to have a Trail of Labor After A Caesarean. I had NP Janie Ruiz and she was awesome very straightforward which I appreciated. I was able to get fetal monitoring, all was well with baby, and they said they wou... read more

We have sent referrals from our obgyn here multiple times and tried for 2 months now to get an appointment. We have been told on 4 separate occasions that the referral specialist would get back to us. I don’t know what this referral specialist has been doing for 2 months, but it sure hasn’t been returning our calls. My wife has a high risk pregnancy. We don’t have time to play these games. If we can’t even rely on some basic professionalism to accept a referral and SCHEDULE an appointment, I have not just zero but NEGATIVE f... read more

Had a supportive team for the birth of my second child. My first was super high risk and had to deliver in Houston. They took my concerns seriously considering I was afraid our second child would have the same issues our first did - and they did plenty of scans until we were all sure everything was fine. I had a successful VBAC and felt well informed of my options. I saw Dr. Ramsey for a few months and then Dr. Ruiz once I was no longer high risk. Every doctor I saw was supportive of a VBAC. I went into labor in my own at 39... read more
