This place scares me. There is no plausible reason why the front office staff is this inept without it being purposely done. To think this is a school makes it even worse! Be careful everyone and god bless you if you ever have to come here. This review is literally for everyone who deals with clients before the surgery.
It’s a joke! Don’t do it… there’s a catch 22 to become a patient. The economically disadvantaged are weeded out during the screening process. The online advertising as a facility that accommodates through good prices is eye candy. Don’t let them fool you! Don’t believe it?? Call and ask what it takes to make an appointment
Honestly, I couldn’t even get an appointment for a retainer replacement after trying for three weeks because the call center never responds to my requests. When they do, they tell me another person will call me back and they never do. Please don’t waste your time trying to set up an appointment with them, the process is so unnecessarily complicated.
These people are completely out of touch with technology. For 4 weeks I’ve had my dental office sent multiple referrals to the clinic each time they claimed they did not receive it. Vivian has claimed each time she’ll Call me back with an update than I got weeks without hearing from her.
