The lady in the front that sit on the first window on the right hand side has a nasty attitude and bad customer service. And the rest of the receptionist too but especially that one. The reason I will never go back is because of her, worst customer service ever. The first time I went I thought she was having a bad day but no that’s just the way she is. The receptionist in front so rude and disrespectful and when you give them the same energy they start Laughing and making jokes behind their desks, as if one of them isn’t 85 years old. Already acting like a teenager. Not her first time but our last time feel bad because Villegas was amazing. Old lady acts like she ain’t getting paid so little to be acting so superior behind a desk. I know she is in her old lady era but she needs to act her wage
For a doctor to make a patient wait a whole year then reschedule without notice for an appointment is ridiculous and unethical, I choose this place due to SpaceX recommendations but I’ll let them know what they did today. Horrible and waste of my time, I could have went somewhere else on this time frame. I’m not waiting a few more months again.
This clinic is the epitome of patient care. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to everyone. The receptionist in the front desk were welcoming and attentive. Gracie Adams, FNP is the best. She is kind and resolves every concern and discomfort. Thank you! 🤍
