Please educate your front office staff on identifying blind patients. My husband walked in with a blind persons cane and they asked him to sign in, he said I can't my wife usually does that, their response was take a seat and wait on your wife to come in.
Great medical staff, Dr. Dahlhausen perfomed emergency surgery on me in May 2023 and Dr. Candil put me "back together" in October 2023. Both of them showed extreme care and compassion during, and after the process. They explained things in a manner in which the lay person could understand and process and did not over-dramatize the situation. I’ve been to several UT Health RGV medical offices, and this one is just as disappointing as the others. I couldn’t stand how uncomfortable I felt. I ended walking out before I was called. It feels unwelcoming and passive aggressive in the front office. I will never accept another referral to any UT Health RGV locations again!
I was diagnosed and treated for my Thyroid Cancer by Dr Reinhart and staff. Dr Reinhart, along with PA Melanie and Sarah give great care and understanding. I appreciate all they have done for me and would choose this office and Dr all over again if I had to.
