If I could give this place a 0 i would.... My appt time was at 10am but got there at 9:15 from mcallen , sat in lobby til almost 1040 then had to ask when I would be called after that 10 mins later I was called in. I was taken to a room that was by the way FREZZING to where my bones even were hurting and waited there another 45 mins while I could hear the nurses at the station by room gossiping about a patient. I understand they were busy but WHY over book and then have us waiting forever I also have to get to work and waste... read more
Incompetent PAs, and Drs who can give a weeks notice to leaving but take over a month for a referral for a patient who calls everyday asking for it. PAs don't know how to do their job or file a fax properly. Could not recommend less.
