I had my surgery last year Nov 2024 election day, Right foot( foot fusion surgery) all my toes were broken including my arch, I could not recommend a better doctor Dr Jenifer Walt is the best, she said it would take a year to heal to where I can run, lift weights etc, she is the best, note I haven't gone back because I lost my insurance last visit was 3 mts post surgery, but she was correct Thank you doc.

Very disappointed and disgusted with practice. Wanted a 2nd opinion from Dr Walt about my previous ankle fusion which was conveyed during appointment scheduling. I originally saw her PA prior to my surgery and was told an ankle fusion was necessary. However, I wasn't told that Dr Walt would be on maternity leave prior to this appt so I would be waiting at least 4-5 months by time she returns. I could hardly walk and had intense pain. The front staff are always calling to update me about appointments and anything about my insurance, while the doctors are attentive and the x-ray tech was so sweet. They have a great staff.

If I could give this place a 0 i would.... My appt time was at 10am but got there at 9:15 from mcallen , sat in lobby til almost 1040 then had to ask when I would be called after that 10 mins later I was called in. I was taken to a room that was by the way FREZZING to where my bones even were hurting and waited there another 45 mins while I could hear the nurses at the station by room gossiping about a patient. I understand they were busy but WHY over book and then have us waiting forever I also have to get to work and waste... read more

If I could give this place a 0 i would....
