This place is a nightmare. Constantly losing paper work or every excuse under the sun of how they cant treat you or another doctor needs to do it. Providers roll their eyes if your not there for something simple and its like pulling teeth to get them to issue a referral for anything or renew existing referrals.

I am deeply concerned about the care my two-year-old son received from this Dr Woodliff, a neurologist. My child has a complex seizure condition, yet the provider did not demonstrate adequate expertise in epilepsy management and did not refer us to a more qualified specialist locally, despite availability. We didn't even get to the appointment...how can you make an appointment for a new patient and cancel it the same day and not notify anyone!!! We waited 1 month for that appointment, office excuse the answering service made the appointment incorrectly...doesnt justify the process for appointments... didn't even bother making one UTRGV you need to do better, psych medicine in the valley is already horrible and limited!
