I am totally in shock and disappointed. I've been trying to get into appointment for over 6 months. Terrible
This review is actually zero stars. Do not let the one star fool you. I have had several negative experiences with the UT Health RGV Multispecialty clinic at every level of care. I have been a patient there for several years with a couple different providers. I noticed a pattern that when it was my first time seeing the providers- Lizeth Martinez and Jessica Vega- they would be very attentive and helpful, but the next time I saw them there was the typical long wait in the waiting room, long wait in the exam room, and then a ... read more
cancelled same day of appointment. Scheduled out for over a month!
First of all I would like to say that this is U.T. RGV...hence..UNIVERSITY.!! LEARNING!!! So I tend to forgive a little. You know as well as I do..is that everyone is as busy as they can be..us retired people people forget that sometimes!! My wife got her test results in a week.....mine took 5 weeks....ugh. the reason was that the P.A. that saw me left and they had to catch up. You need to use the portal if you have issues...much more efficient!
