Great doctors. Great staff. The building is new and modern. The waiting area has comfortable seating. I also like that they have an app to access your records and message your physicians.
The worst. Waited 2 1/2 hours passed my appointment time. Called in for my refills and wasn’t refilled. Have gone 2 months without medication.
I’ll call back later But pleeeaaaasseeee put more space between each “thank you for waiting” while waiting for you all to answer It’s really not necessary how often it happens
Called to see if I gave any balance before I came in and was assured I only had to pay the copay. Walked in and was told to pay one hundred dollars for past visits. Be so for real.
I was given an appointment on 12/24/2024 @ 3 pm. I arrived to find the doors locked. no one even had the decency to call and tell me. Maybe this is why their rating is so low!!
