I left a survey, but the problems that this clinic have caused me are too severe to not leave a warning for the public. I had been on a medication for 5 years, well before I started at this clinic. I had no issues at the beginning until I started having some other symptoms, not related to this medication. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for about 2 years now. I have always felt cared about, heard, and taken care of. Dr. Finke is always helpful and responsive when I’m not able to get an appointment, or have questions about medications.
This place gets a ZERO … they denied me mental health services because I have an outstanding balance of $38. The receptionist was very rude. They don’t care about helping people with mental illness.. they just care about the money. My medical insurance covers 100% of my treatment, I have no co pay or financial obligation at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY
