Have used this place a few times over the years. Really great staff.
I just received a collections notice from when I did 2 months of rehab. I asked about paying when I came in and they said no they would file on insurance first. Okay. I received a letter from my insurance saying what I may owe. I waited for a bill or phone call. Nothing. So it went from nothing to collections without one single bill, phone call or anything. I even once heard a lady come in trying to settle the bill from collections and one of the ladies told her oh just send $1.00 a month. So they are aware but no one cares!... read more
Second time the VA has sent me to this facility. First time was after total knee replacement. Therapist doing assessment was not very caring. Pain was so intense I was in tears immediately. Now the VA wants me to do 8 weeks before my other knee replacement. Was called by facility to setup first appointment and was told it would be over a week for first appointment.
