This is a gem! I've seen Dr. Hendrickson many times over the past year since getting established. I have many health issues, and he is a great listener. He also knew more than I expected about my rare condition, Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. He's been great at getting me referrals to see other providers. Worst experience. The manager is nice front counter nice. The nurse practitioner is the most frustrating person. She does not listen. She talks over you. And has a little smirk the whole time. Her notes were the OPPOSITE of what I said. And I called saying what I needed. Both people I spoke to said they can do that and okay and got me an appointment. Outstanding care! I love that they took their time to help figure out best course of treatment for my son. I appreciate your amazing bedside manner especially to help my 6 yr old feel comfortable.
