They are very friendly and are great at keeping you informed. I’m very happy with my experience there.
I was seen by a doctor I had never seen before. It was very easy to get my appointment. There was no wait time once I arrived. Didn’t wait long for the doctor to come in once the nurse took my vitals , etc. he seemed truly concerned that my aftercare didn’t seem to be working. I currently use Dr Holm from the same office and know that I will need to find a replacement for him when he retires. I think I’ve found him.
I am so happy I chose UT Health East Texas. Dr Hertell is great!! He is caring and supportive and cares about how I feel. Thank you so much for your caring and support. Dana Price
