I can't say enough wonderful things about the UT Health Primary Care Clinic in Canton. From the moment I first came in, I felt welcomed and truly cared for. I brought my autistic son in to see Dr Singh. My son had been assaulted by a grouphome employee and he was having problems with his left hand. The nurse asked my son queations that he couldn't answer, such as medications so I answered for my son. When the nurse asked other health questions, I could tell that my son was confused, so I explained the question in a different way. The nurse told me twice that she needed my son to answer the questions and I explained to her that I was his legal guardian and that he couldn't answer... read more
If u wanna hate your life and BEG your (Care provider) for refills, who takes days sometimes one week come here; otherwise, take your business elsewhere to someone that actually take care of their patients.
All in all our stay was good. All the staff was great. It was so noisy at night there was no way of getting any sleep! The floors were cleaned at 1:00AM!! Very noisy. The food wasn’t great. Kind of like school cafeteria food
Do not go to this clinic if you take narcotics or other prescriptions that have to be filled by the actual Dr them self. Bre Miles is a NP and the time it takes to get a refill thru her is absurd! Everytime my husband's refill is put in a WK or more in advance and everytime I have to call and be irate for him to get it actually filled. I'm not sure what the miscommunication is but it's huge and their system needs to be reevaluated!
