Sat at my first appointment ever at this place a hour past my appointment only for a receptionist to tell me she had to step out for an emergency. Just the fact it was my first experience here and them waiting a hour after to tell me I couldn't be seen. Not to mention the months I waited for the appointment. I'll just take my business down the road.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. First, they never answer their phones. Despite calling at different hours on different days, they never answer. To get any kind of service, you have to go in person. However, if you go in person be aware the office staff will be rude and curt towards you. Also, the doctor seems to like skipping work frequently because there is never any openings. I am going to move along and call an ENT in Tyler. Called the office and left a message for someone to call me back. No one ever did. Finally called and got someone on the phone. She was very rude and acted like she was doing the most to make me not schedule an appointment. Job well done! I’ll drive an hour out of my way to go to an office that has better patient care.
