So it was a slow day they got me back quick gave me a cocktail iv and steroids and pain meds via mouth and I got to feeling better they gave me 1 definitive diagnosis with follow through steps and 2 were showing up as general red flags with no specifics due to the fact urine and blood had to be sent away which I hear can take up to a week and considering its a viral infection and any other place ive been too doesnt run a battery of tests and can definitively tell me which infection that day and I pick up my antibiotics that ... read more

We went at 3am and we're greeted with smiles and genuine concern. I can't praise them enough for helping make a nervous situation into a calm one. Shout to Jasmine, Alex and Ernesto for being so wonderful to us. Great fast service and excellent bedside manner!
Took a week to get a get them to setup as a new patient then told 6 weeks for first appointment. So much for patient priority. Good for them that they are that busy but not best for patient IMO
