An Indian decent doctor at this facility attempted a Central Line on my mother in Law, failed, and punctured her vein/artery and was frustrated and rude. They sent her to UT Athens where her neck began swelling massively, due to the vein/artery being punctured and not repaired. I would not wish the wait time on my worst enemy. I had the infinity stones of symptoms and they DID NOT CARE! If you don’t have insurance go ANYWHERE but here. I’d get better treatment in an alleyway. They will call up anyone but you without insurance.

They call you and dunn you for the money and haven't had the test as of yet. They treat you like it's a passed due bill, in which I have not been tested for as of 07/28/2026. They have no business calling me unless it's past due. This is the way UT HEALTH, treats their elderly patients.

So it was a slow day they got me back quick gave me a cocktail iv and steroids and pain meds via mouth and I got to feeling better they gave me 1 definitive diagnosis with follow through steps and 2 were showing up as general red flags with no specifics due to the fact urine and blood had to be sent away which I hear can take up to a week and considering its a viral infection and any other place ive been too doesnt run a battery of tests and can definitively tell me which infection that day and I pick up my antibiotics that ... read more
