Simply awesome
We went at 3am and we're greeted with smiles and genuine concern. I can't praise them enough for helping make a nervous situation into a calm one. Shout to Jasmine, Alex and Ernesto for being so wonderful to us. Great fast service and excellent bedside manner!
Took a week to get a get them to setup as a new patient then told 6 weeks for first appointment. So much for patient priority. Good for them that they are that busy but not best for patient IMO
Well let's start out by saying UT has went to shit. All about money my husband has insurance and for his CT scan w dye they still wanted $1700 then got then down to $662 then escalated to get approved for $300 I did ask on the phone do you take Care Credit she said yes I mean that's what the cards for . We get there to register and she said they can't take it there machine only takes Master card or Visa so we had to pay out of pocket that's bullshit not taking Care credit or other HRA cards .Mrs Maddox
In recent years this hospital has improved so much! Had great experience last three times we have had to visit. Recently had to have an MRI done for my son. EVERYONE was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything.
