I entered the bank @ 4:45pm and asked to open an additional savings acct. When an unfriendly teller informed me that I’d have to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time. I reminded her that they didn’t close until 5pm and they no longer had Saturday hours, and it was nearly impossible for me to get there by 4:30pm. She then told me I could go online and open a savings account on my own w/o their assistance. I stayed calm , as none of the other 3 employees offered to help, and we left.
