I entered the bank @ 4:45pm and asked to open an additional savings acct. When an unfriendly teller informed me that I’d have to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time. I reminded her that they didn’t close until 5pm and they no longer had Saturday hours, and it was nearly impossible for me to get there by 4:30pm. I have been a UTFCU member for over 15 years. I called their customer service number and spoke with ERICA. She wanted 6 pieces of information to verify it was actually "me". She was NOT PROFESSIONAL and was extremely CONDESCENDING & RUDE!!!!! She has NO business being in "customer service". Customer service is an OXYMORON to her!! She is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!
