I went to a schedule appointment today to be seen by NP (not Kristol Watkins)after being rear ended at 55 mph with pain in my neck and back. It was demanded that I step on the scale for my weight. However, due to pain I could not stand straight up to weigh. I was not seeking medication and they demanded I weigh....I left. I will be seeking another PCP.
Kristal Watkins is amazing always helpful and really listens to her patients.
All staff are friendly, helpful, and make me feel welcome. I'm extremely nervous going to the doctor for anything but they make me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
