I love this office. I absolutely hate having to change appointments last minute because I don't like the inconvenience of it all but when I had a last minute work conflict mess up a follow up appointment I called a week before I was supposed to go in and explained my situation. They easily accommodated me for that same day no problem. I changed Dr because my other Dr would not listen to me about a spot on my back that had been there for years. Always calling in more cream to go on it. I thought this Dr would be different well they called in more cream after me asking to be referred to a Dermatologist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Duarte today as a new patient. As I get older, I’ve found it increasingly difficult to find a doctor who sees me as more than just a chart. When she entered the room, she introduced herself with little warmth and went straight into my medical history—no small talk, no personal connection.
