EXCELLENT CARE!!! I drove from Signal Mtn to this office for primary care for 8 yrs and I still go here from off the Mtn. The cleanliness, staff, hospitality, manners, listens to your concerns, etc etc including the wait time in lobby is all great and why it's so worth it!!! They don't over or double book, they usually have 1 or 2 slots open daily for urgent care or illnesses. I've never been to a better place for my care and I don't plan on leaving!
The staff is great, all the nurses and receptionists are helpful and kind. Dr. May is the best!
Dr May and his staff are top-notch. He is knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to what's going on and take it seriously. I went to him with Lower back pain that would not go away. He was able to give me two different shots in the office to help, and when that didn't work, he was able to send me for an X-ray and, after that, an MRI quickly. I also appreciate his quick responses to Mychart and his ability to help without always being seen in the office. They are a huge blessing to me and my family.
Said I can’t be seen because I’m on controlled substance. Tired of being pushed away for just seeking general healthcare, I get my prescriptions through somewhere else.
