Not sure what is up with this company but the website listed on the bill doesn't work, the local phone number doesn't work and the 866 number doesn't answer. I shouldn't have to try this hard to PAY a bill.
We have received two bills from Derm Path and the third is coming in mail today . Spoke with Tracy 9/27/2023 again 10/30/2023 gave her all Insurance information (2) both times she said all is good well it is not so today I will call again .
First of all I had a billing error, UT DermPath lost my payment due to a finance company change, so I had to pay the copay again. After many discussions with UT DermPath I just gave up and counted it a loss. Mrs. Grace saw my negative review and called to discuss the problem. Grace worked over and above to resolve my problem. Thanks Mrs. Grace for all the extra effort!! And the whole UT DermPath team.
