Very positive.
Wonderful, caring staff.
Little to no communication between the nurses, doctors and schedulers. This has led to improper scheduling, unnecessary lab work, missed visits... Additionally, two of the schedulers at checkout are rude and condescending. One of the receptionists at check in is rude and always in a bad mood. When you have terminal cancer and receiving chemo...they could at least treat you with dignity and respect. On a more positive note, Dr. Schrock is friendly and Nurse Kelly is very helpful.
Rude. Patient blaming. 3rd time trying to take my husband here after a couple missed appointments. This time we were ready to go yet it was rescheduled without us knowing. Also why reschedule it anyway? 😕 But when I call another location to have you call me back because y'all never answer you're rude with me. Go work at the DMV if you're gonna act like that not appropriate at a cancer center. Also calling before the appointment date and not leaving a voicemail is very unhelpful.
