Very helpful This place has amazing customer service, especially for a first-time owner who has never held a firearm. They gave me great information and signed me up for a class. The class was very helpful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pleased first time visiter I did not go to their shop to purchase anything, only to make a transfer. First time visiter and greeted immediatly upon entering store. Everyone I talked to was knowledgable and professional. Inverntory was best I have seen in a long time and had plenty of black guns. Especially impressed with Mark and salesman that used a cane. Jim Locke I went to UT looking for a pistol for target shooting and home proctection. They made me a very good offer, but I bought from a friend. They hooked me up with instruction that I wanted. I have been back to get ammo and accessories. When I get my CC, I will by my carry piece from UT.

store First time and last time, i will stop in at this store. I walked into the store looked around it was not busy at all no one ask if i needed help after 10 min i walked out. Its a very small store prices are a little high.

Great Store I was very impressed with UT's knowledge and service. I needed a sling attachment for my AR 15 but really didn't know much about them. After they helped me buy one they even installed it on the spot and no charge. Their knowledge, friendliness, and service will have me coming back.Joe

Excellent Attention I was truely amazed at how attentive they are to their customers. They welcome you in and help you with all your needs. They have a great selection of arms and they are very knowledgable about their weapons. They were not pushy salesmen, they were weapon consultants. They helped pick out what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. Truely a great store, I will go back for another purchase.

Excellent selection, store looks great I have a relatively new interest in firearms, and just happened to hear about this new store a few weeks after they first opened. The inside looks great, excellent selection, and the staff definitely seems know their products. I'm not quite ready to buy, but when I am this is where I'll be heading. It's right off I-35, and not more than ten minutes from my house in Mission.
