Great place to exercise and play sports. Like how they support Special Olympics.
This should work for all beginner/intermediate lifters, but the dumbbells and some machines are not heavy enough for some movements. Can be crowded at times, aswell as limited machinery for specific muscle groups (one pec dec, one add/abductor machine, one smith machine). Machine quality is not the greatest but it works. Normally clean and organized. Very friendly environment. Most people will let you work in with them. Decent hours.
Good equipment selection, but it is usually busy
Good place to work out. It is generally pretty clean here. The only downside is the time it takes to fix equipment (referencing 2nd floor equipment). Staff are pretty nice unless you have to manually enter your A-number, then they seem annoyed.
Always a great place to shoot the ball. Membership is expensive though. 😂 You have to be faculty or staff or student. 😂
