I was very impressed with the entire process at U-STORE-IT. From the initial contact to ending the contract, they were polite, professional, and helpful. We would definitely use them again.
Absolutely no problem, in and out very quick and simple and easy no hassle.
Custom service sucks. I wanted tosnriee my car for 3 months while I'm out of town. It's not running but will boost and drive a short distance. It's fully insured, registered and like I said, it drives but the alternator needs repair and it won't drive far. I only wanted a quote so I could figure out my budget but whoever emailed me back just said, "unfortunately if it's not insured or registered and can't drive in on it's own, we can't help.".
