Hair is super low quality. It gets very tangled and frizzy no matter what you use on it to hydrate or to untangle. Also bad customer service. I had ordered blonde I-tip extensions 24 inches and I paid priority shipping because I needed them fast before my wedding. They sent me black extensions and then they got all upset saying that it was my fault for not specifying what I wanted.
