I wish I could give them a -0- Home Depot says they have to use this 3rd party and it isn't a choice of their's. My first delivery date was missed because the driver claimed there was a bridge they couldn't go under and they couldn't re-route! 1. There ARE NO bridges anywhere NEAR our home to go under. 2. LIkely, since it was late Friday afternoon, they wanted to get home early that day. 3. Horrible company that will promise you all kinds of things and not follow through with anything. when brought to their attention they will terminate contract and keep your settlement pay. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY
I really hope Lowes terminate the third party contract with these guys! They tore up the yard, driveway, tree and fence. The guy was so bad at.driving ..and also threw trash down in our yard.
Delivery drivers delivered furniture from Value City Furniture and ran over my driveway posts and crushed it along with a rock ornament with my address.
