This company has owed me $185. since March 2021. I have called, emailed, put notes in the order, no response. The notary is the lowest person paid in the real estate transaction. The Closing Disclosure indicates that the Notary Fees are $250. Most of that money goes to the Signing Company so it is pathetic when companies do not pay the notary. The signing companies want and expect the notary to handle the transaction professionally. All the while they are not ethical enough to pay promptly.

I have NEVER been paid for my notary signings! I can not reach the accounting department and the phone number is disconnected and the emails all bounce back
These guys are still scammers. They refuse to honor their contracts and pay their contractors.
No Response from anyone at this co about payment for work completed 7 Months ago now. The phone number is US Insurance they do not know anything about US Signings
