I have had an excellent experience here as a client for ~ 20 years. Ana is a wonderful service advisor and Jasen, George, and Dean are amazing technicians that know the W463 G-Class better than most technicians I have spoken to across the US and in Europe. Thank you for the 5 Star Service, and special thanks to the technicians who are working in the back garage turning the wrenches who often do not receive the praise that they should. This is why I order for you and your team pizza when I drop off my cars.

It's very frustrating when you buy a new car thinking you're paying for the best product, and after having a broken seat belt, which could put my children's lives at risk, Mercedes makes me wait for weeks to get the part. As if this wait was not enough, now that the part has arrived, I have to spend 5 to 7 days without a car with a wait list of 17 people for a loaner car. It is a huge disrespect to the way they are providing service. I am very disappointed with Mercedes.
