Left one star because I can't leave a 0. Opened an account to eventually use as a backup business account, never made a deposit, never even received a bank card, never even downloaded the app. I start getting notices about an overdrafted amount in my account that I disregarded thinking this was spam, because I literally had no money in the account nor did I have a way of even using thr money if I did have money in the account. Worse bank ever, they change things with your account without your knowledge or permission. Set my statements to paper when thats not what i picked, havent sent me not ONE statement even with them choosing the wrong method. Changed it back to elec statements and now i canr even access them. Straight trash!! Avoid this sorry “credit union” at all cost
Wouldn’t let me put 0 stars. I’m thoroughly convinced this place is ran from a shack. 0/10 will never finance through them again. The companies apps/website has had unresolved billing issues for years. The staff is incompetent and seems to operate by the standard of whatever individual you talk to.
These are the worst people to deal with. With how unorganized they are I am surprised they are still allowed to operate. If someone say they are going to do something they don't. So no matter how often you send the information to were they say to, most likely they told you wrong. Or someone somewhere is not doing their job! They are the most frustrating people to deal with and you accomplish nothing with talking to them. If you happen to be so unlucky to have a loan with them it would be highly advised to pay back that loan ... read more
