These are the worst people to deal with. With how unorganized they are I am surprised they are still allowed to operate. If someone say they are going to do something they don't. So no matter how often you send the information to were they say to, most likely they told you wrong. Or someone somewhere is not doing their job! I had to call because a payment has not cleared my bank. I cannot believe the tone of the customer service representative. It was like speaking with me was an absolute inconvenience and a chore for her. I tried explaining that I make my payments of the first of every month and that checks typically clear in 3 or 4 days. Its been 10 and still not cleared and they just said my last payment was the previous month. She said its normal for it to take up to 20 days due to the pandemic. While I absolutely love the location of this post office, I absolutely despise how often the self checkout package shoot is locked. Unika B. & Co. is an up and coming business and has prepaid labels. The self service kiosk is actually ideal for me( especially when the full service lines are long). However; when the package shoot is consistently locked or stuck, the very line I was looking to avoid as I already have my drop off receipt and prepaid postage…. HORRIBLE CREDIT UNION!!!!! Incompetent and rude employees. DO NOT get any loan from them!!! They have added collateral insurance to my daughters loan EVEN WHEN PROOF OF INSURANCE WAS PROVIDED!!!! Crooks is an understatement. Getting an attorney for bad business practices and contacting the better business bureau to report them.
