I have anxiety caused by Metro School of Design.
Terrible customer service, called them 3 times with no luck to pay off my balance. Seems to be their system is from previous century. Do not make any accounts with them!
Left one star because I can't leave a 0. Opened an account to eventually use as a backup business account, never made a deposit, never even received a bank card, never even downloaded the app. I start getting notices about an overdrafted amount in my account that I disregarded thinking this was spam, because I literally had no money in the account nor did I have a way of even using thr money if I did have money in the account. These people must work from a garage nobody ever answers the phone…..
Worse bank ever, they change things with your account without your knowledge or permission. Set my statements to paper when thats not what i picked, havent sent me not ONE statement even with them choosing the wrong method. Changed it back to elec statements and now i canr even access them. Straight trash!! Avoid this sorry “credit union” at all cost
