All of these reviews dealing with the same issues are alarming. This post office needs to be shut down or hire a new staff. They called me yesterday & left a voicemail to verify my address for a package. I called them back less than 10 minutes after receiving their call and no one answered. Today is a Thursday. On Monday, via e-mail Informed Delivery, I had 5 letters, including 2 from a law firm, 1 of which was Certified Mail. I received the other 3 letters, but not these 2. They were not delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday, these same 2 letters displayed on my Informed Delivery e-mail, but I did not receive any mail. On Thursday, I received 1 [different] letter by Informed Delivery & in my box, but these 2 remain undelivered - and, again, 1 was by Certified Mail.

Can't get in touch with Debbie or Roman from post office as they are delivery supervisors .
