Awful. You cannot get anyone to help you. I’ve lived in the area for years and I’ve never had an issue. My husband however isn’t receiving his mail. The Post Master says our address doesn’t exist but I’ve been receiving mail at my address for over 6 years. If you call the secretary will not answer the phone. If you go into your local post office they give you the phone number for consumer affairs. It’s very frustrating. No one will help. Horrible
All of these reviews dealing with the same issues are alarming. This post office needs to be shut down or hire a new staff. They called me yesterday & left a voicemail to verify my address for a package. I called them back less than 10 minutes after receiving their call and no one answered. I called multiple times yesterday and today. I couldn’t drive there because of the storm but I didn’t think communication would be pulling teeth, this is my first time experiencing this post office.
