I called to confirm the exact address to return a very large and heavy piece of furniture to the vendor. Return instructions were provided. However, while attempting to drive into the driveway/road to the building were lined with cameras and "Do Not Enter" signs posted all over! Awful. You cannot get anyone to help you. I’ve lived in the area for years and I’ve never had an issue. My husband however isn’t receiving his mail. The Post Master says our address doesn’t exist but I’ve been receiving mail at my address for over 6 years. If you call the secretary will not answer the phone. If you go into your local post office they give you the phone number for consumer affairs. It’s very frustrating. No one will help. We are waiting for my husband’s drivers license to be mailed and it’s been over 2 months... read more
