We live in Gloucester City. We feel so sorry for the mail carriers. It is like they are put on a route and they are thrown to the wolves. We never have the same carrier twice. Never know what time our mail comes. In the past you could set your watch to the carrier. Most of them stand out in the middle of the street looking for addresses. All my packages are constantly stolen or missing from the location. The staff is unhelpful. The worst service ever.
I called to confirm the exact address to return a very large and heavy piece of furniture to the vendor. Return instructions were provided. However, while attempting to drive into the driveway/road to the building were lined with cameras and "Do Not Enter" signs posted all over! My call was to confirm if I went to the correct address and if so, where is the correct entrance I could use to return my package. Awful. You cannot get anyone to help you. I’ve lived in the area for years and I’ve never had an issue. My husband however isn’t receiving his mail. The Post Master says our address doesn’t exist but I’ve been receiving mail at my address for over 6 years. If you call the secretary will not answer the phone. If you go into your local post office they give you the phone number for consumer affairs. It’s very frustrating. No one will help.
