I am an Airline employee and have been parking at the US Park lot on Veterans Avenue since the new Airport opened in November 2019. The manager, Julie Thomas, is the most professional, friendly, personable individual I have dealt with. Additionally, all the drivers, booth personnel and management team are without doubt, the best in the parking lot business! The New Lot on Veterans is much closer and faster than all the other parking options
The discounts are a fraud. Do NOT use this company. I parked in May with 'Park N Fly' and 'US Park' would not honor their coupon for the first time $5 a day user. I have every intention of telling everyone I know that this company is a fraud, even the BBB. 👎🏽
Everything was perfect from the time I parked I was picked up immediately and was helped with luggage. Then picked up from airport from return flight immediately even though it was after midnight. The drivers we’re friendly and awesome. Cashier checking me out was great. I was having a problem after I returned home with signing up for the fast pass. It’s a scam!!! The $5/day for first 5 days coupon is nice. Upon entrance the sign posted says $14.95/day for COVERED parking. We chose uncovered thinking it would be much less expensive. What they don’t tell you is every day after is $17.95 for uncovered parking. With taxes, it’s a dollar difference between covered and uncovered. Airport parking would’ve been cheaper. I’m so disappointed in the service this Saturday and last. I’ve used the lot and shuttle several times in the past. The drivers used to help you load your luggage into and off the vehicle but apparently they don’t do that anymore. Its rather upsetting because I’m less than 110lbs and lifting 50lbs of luggage is no easy task for me. Will look into another service that offers assistance to their customers. 😞😞😞
Fraud/Scam Pricing!!! They advertise $5/Day for first time users. They do send you a link and it showed the discount. However, I didn't read the fine print. My coupon was for $5 off the entire amount. Additionally, they have additional charges: Park Type ~ 'Uncovered parking' was $12; State taxes, Parish taxes, Parking tax 10%, Airport 'Fee' 7%. On the good side of the equation the woman in the exit booth was nice and the black male driver was informative and helpful.
