Everyone at USModular has been great to work with. Our whole process from first inquiring to moving in has taken about 8 months. Karen has been great with walking through the process and helping us pick out a model and all the options. Todd and Bill are easy to reach and always answer any questions or solve any problems within a couple hours. After interviewing several construction companies, I chose USModular to build an ADU on my property. I'm happy to report they did a stellar job from start to finish. Like all projects, there were times we had to have discussions about misunderstandings between me and the company, but they were always handled professionally, fairly, and settled to my satisfaction. The team at US Modular has been fantastic throughout the entire process: from working with the city (not an easy feat in our case), to communication, to execution of the project. Their prices are reasonable and their construction and grading crew is extremely capable and hard-working. They took over our very complicated project in December and here we are in October nearing completion.
So happy that I decided to have US Modular build my ADU! Their pricing, turn key process, project delivery schedule, and quality is unrivaled. I signed a contract August 2024 and received my occupancy permit April 2025, and this would have been 6 weeks earlier if not for SDGE.
