The team at US Modular has been fantastic throughout the entire process: from working with the city (not an easy feat in our case), to communication, to execution of the project. Their prices are reasonable and their construction and grading crew is extremely capable and hard-working. They took over our very complicated project in December and here we are in October nearing completion.
So happy that I decided to have US Modular build my ADU! Their pricing, turn key process, project delivery schedule, and quality is unrivaled. I signed a contract August 2024 and received my occupancy permit April 2025, and this would have been 6 weeks earlier if not for SDGE. Working with US Modular to install a manufactured ADU in my backyard was a great experience from start to finish.
