Great place really good to my kids
While I have had fantastic experiences with my dentist, I cannot say the same for the Usmile male orthodontic physicians I have encountered. On two instances now, with two separate male clinicians, I have been touched multiple times when their involvement required no physical touch for the purpose of the appointment. What an extremely disappointing experience to watch a medical practice go from a 5 star experience to what can only be described as 0 star experience. After paying in full, I am choosing to remove my son’s braces after 34 months of treatment. His bite is not corrected on the left side, as well as, his front two teeth are still not aligned even after I asked 2 different orthodontists to correct it.
