Dr. Lam has always been able to know what my medical problem is.
I had some issues with WellMed in the Alliance Area. I'm hoping they will be resolved soon
Called and got put on hold for 30 minutes just so the receptionist could finish an email. My conversation lasted 2 minutes.
Dr. Cooper was incredibly attentive and informative. I have struggled to find a doctor who has an explanation for the issues I have been facing... usually, appointments are inconclusive and I am left to find a solution on my own. Had my yearly exam 2 weeks ago. At that time, Dr Lamb scheduled me for CT scan. Been 2 weeks & crickets from Dr office. I reviewed the CT results 7 days ago. Called in & they said they would contact. Crickets again. Went in this morning & polite young lady told me she would print out for me. I’m not a doctor. The doctor should be the one telling me what it says, not the patient trying to interpret!
