We love Dr. Phan and the staff at USMD pediatrics! She is so awesome with the kids and like a lot of kids mine get very nervous about checkups and shots. We’ve been coming here since both of the kids were born and they’re 6 and 4 now. Love the new facility and staff are always great from front desk to nurses.
This place use to be a place where I could trust to send my children. A place where I enjoyed coming to. Unfortunately, when one of the doctors that use to see my children left, I was able to see them for who they really are. An incompetent facility. Their staff messed up my daughter’s appointment and scheduled her with a doctor I wasn’t familiar with.
